We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason.

We want you to be 100% happy with the baby gifts you purchase for the new special baby in your life.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@giftsbasketstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.
